Eligibility: Exhibitors must submit or describe display items with application for eligibility. ECDC reserves the right to deny service if the exhibitor’s items are inappropriate or conflict with the organization’s interest.

Booth Furnishings: One (1) 6’-foot draped table and two (2) chairs. Exhibitors will receive a 20% discount on advertisement space in event programs.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation after Friday, April 26, 2013 will result in the forfeiture of all fees.

Application Deadline: Applications should be submitted no later than April 12, 2013 to allow adequate time for processing and notification. Space will be assigned on a first come basis.
